If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Who we share your data with

PRIVACY INFORMATION CLAUSE

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies and on the free movement of such data and repealing Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 and Decision No 1247/2002/EC and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RoD), we inform you that:

  1. The processing of personal data within the framework of this service is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the contract for funding of Project No. 21930283, “Rural heritage as a basis of enterprise” funded by the International Visegrad Fund.

3. In matters concerning the protection of personal data and the exercise of their rights you can contact the Foundation by mail or electronically: e-mail: zielonyslon@greenelephant-foundation.com, with a note “personal data protection”.

4. The Project Coordinator is responsible for keeping the documentation concerning the implementation of the Service and the processing of personal data of Project participants.

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of the Project (in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of April 27th, 2016) and for the publication by the Processor of the image of the participant in materials promoting and documenting the activities of the Foundation (on the basis of voluntary consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO)

6. Personal data may be provided to entities conducting evaluation research on behalf of the Administrator or the Intermediate Body.

7. Personal data may be entrusted to specialized companies, carrying out controls and audits on behalf of the Administrator or the Intermediate Body. Moreover, personal data may be transferred to entities processing them on behalf of the Administrator and to public bodies or entities authorized to obtain data on the basis of applicable law regulations, e.g. courts, law enforcement agencies, when they make a request, based on an appropriate legal basis.

8. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the objectives set out in point 6, and after that time for 5 years and to the extent required by the provisions of generally applicable law.
